Always hot when it arrives and chips and fish batter crispy. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I requested the fish be fresh to order as the fish on our last order was chewy & soggy. This request was clearly ignored as fish wasn't much better than last order. Also chips were pretty cold. Plus waited over an hour on a delivery to a 5 min drive from your shop. Very disappointed
